Aim
Our fundraising has come to a lockdown standstill due to Covid-19 & we need you to help our Peter Pan production to fly into The City Hall.
The global COVID-19 pandemic has put an immediate stop to our fundraising efforts within the school for our up-coming production of Peter Pan at the Sheffield City Hall in 2021.
Every 2 years, the pupils and staff work incredibly hard setting up fundraising events, such as, bake sales, quiz nights, coffee mornings, discos, bag packing at local supermarkets. These community events raise funds in order to create the most professional, artistically enhanced show productions for our pupils to experience and for the audience to enjoy. However, due to Covid-19 restrictions, these activities have come to a lockdown standstill.
This is why we have created this Crowdfunder, to spread the word and raise funds online, whilst we are unable to host events in person.
The funds raised from our Crowdfunder will subsidise the backstage operation costs, such as lighting, sound, props and special effects. Most specifically the flying apparatus for Peter Pan, Wendy, John & Michael. We have already successfully raised £2,000 from last year's fundraising efforts which has already been spent on these costs, but we usually double that amount with our events & activities, so we need your help now to spread the word and support the school.
