We are raising Funds for Jubilee Park Fitness by completing the Couch to 10K course, and running the Woodhall Spa 10K.
We’re a group of members from Jubilee Park who have come together with a shared goal: to challenge ourselves, support each other, and raise money for the place that keeps our community active.
This year we’re taking on a 16-week Couch to 10K journey, building up from all different starting points to run the Woodhall Spa 10K on 14th June 2026. Our group includes people of all fitness abilities – some completely new to running, others returning after a break – but we’re united by the same determination to improve our health and achieve something we can be proud of.
We’ll be training together three times a week as a team. Once a week we’ll run with our brilliant coaches, Louise and Brian, who will guide and motivate us through the programme. The other two runs each week are our “homework” runs, where we’ll keep building our fitness, supporting each other, and keeping the momentum going.
Along the way we hope to inspire others, prove that anyone can start running with the right support, and raise funds for Jubilee Park Fitness so it can continue to provide opportunities for our community to stay active.
