Mandatory Covid passes in:

✔️ Northern Ireland = scrapped
✔️ England = scrapped

Thanks to our tireless campaigning, the mandatory Welsh and Northern Ireland Covid pass schemes have been repealed. just weeks after the same was announced in England.

Faced with our legal challenge, Welsh Ministers will end mandatory Covid passes in Wales tomorrow.

After we released our shocking legal correspondence with the Welsh Government, this latest news comes as a huge victory for every one of you who has stood up to discriminatory Covid IDs.

From a controversial vote that sparked the scheme, to the inability to back it up with an evidence base, Covid passes in Wales will go down in the history books as a failure for those involved and a win for those who campaigned fearlessly.

You have continuously backed our campaign, and never backed down - it's paid off!

Northern Ireland

HUGE news in Northern Ireland quickly followed the Welsh news - mandatory Covid passes have been dropped with immediate effect, which is another massive victory for everyone who opposes their failed scheme.

In November we were accused by one MLA of "putting the lives of shop workers at risk" with our Stop Covid Passes billboard campaign in Northern Ireland (as seen above).

They were wrong.

We were right.

It's overwhelmingly clear that Covid passes have no significant benefit for public health, but do create a discriminatory health ID.

Northern Ireland has done the correct thing by scrapping them.

Watching the watchers

We will continue to closely monitor the situation in Wales, Northern Ireland and England and advocate for a boycott of all businesses who choose to continue with this pointless, state-facilitated health theatre. With the apps in these countries still live, this fight is not yet over!

Your move, Scotland!

I have written to both Scottish Health Secretary, Humza Yousaf and Scottish Greens Ministers telling them why they need to follow suit, and requesting meetings. I've also written to every single MSP asking them to pressure the Scottish Government to drop Covid passes. 

On Tuesday next week, the Scottish Government will be reviewing its Covid pass scheme. Now is the time to demand an end to Covid passes in Scotland...
