Aim

Help me take on and beat the SNP in Ross, Skye and Lochaber and give our area a Labour MP who puts jobs and public services first.

I am delighted to have been selected as the Scottish Labour Party candidate for the Ross, Skye and Lochaber constituency at the next Westminster elections. 

I'm a local candidate born and raised in the Highlands and previously stood in the neighbouring Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross constituency at the 2015 General Election where I secured the best result for Labour in the Highlands.

It is an honour and a privilege to have been selected to stand again for Scottish Labour in my home constituency and I look forward to running a positive campaign on Labour's plan to put people before privilege, ending austerity and taking on the vested interests holding people back. 

Labour will do everything we can to stop a disastrous No Deal Brexit which the Tories want to sell off our rights and protections. The SNP are only focused on one thing, independence, and the Liberal Democrats have lost the trust of the Highland electorate by enabling austerity.

Only Labour will rebuild Britain and invest in every community from Fort William to Dingwall to deliver a country and economy that works for the many, not the few.

To do this though, I need your help. 

By donating you will help the local party pay for leaflets and other campaign materials that will allow us to get our message out to as many people as possible.

Donations to a political party are regulated by the Political Parties Elections and Referendums Act 2000. By making a donation to this campaign, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:

• I am donating to the Skye, Lochaber and Badenoch Constituency Labour Party.
• If I donate more than £500 checks will be made to ensure my name is listed on the UK electoral register (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
• If I donate more than £1,500 to a Constituency Labour Party or more than £7,500 to the national Labour Party in a calendar year, my name and the amount of the donation will be published on the Electoral Commission's website, although my home address will not be made public.
• I must use my own funds to make a donation to the Labour Party.
