We were all saddened by John Caddick's passing away, he was a beloved member of the ISM group within Rye Park but also a beloved member of JS Rye Park.
John had been in service with ISM for the past 4 years, and before this was with JS Hygiene for almost 6 years, so needless to say that he was a staple for both and he will be sadly missed.
John was diagnosed with bone cancer around a month or so ago, and since he has been in Hospital, he fought with everything he could but could not win this battle, but the battles that he had in Rye Park he overcame without a single moan or groan! John was very quick witted and funny to have around, he took tasks on no matter how big or small they were and he really did himself and his team so proud.
He has done multiple Higher SMT visits with myself and had been awarded the Colleague of the Quarter for outstanding work within ISM and he was a Health & Safety Rep for ISM which he took to new heights.
Needless to say, John Caddick will be sadly missed, but he will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. Our condolences go out to John Caddick's family and we are here to support them as much as we can.
Rest In Peace John Caddick.
