I am raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to me so please donate and help me reach my target in aid of Together Our Community (TOC). TOC is dedicated to helping young adults with learning disabilities reach their full potential by building on the skills they have gained at school and college.  They provide supported work/volunteering placements alongside activities that help the young people develop the key life skills needed for the future.  

Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated and will help the charity increase opportunities for the young people they support.
