It is with a heavy heart, to inform friends, that our dad Jerry Alden has passed away yesterday, late afternoon. He lost his battle with terminal lung, spine and liver cancer. It was sudden, unexpected and he fought so hard. But he is at peace now. And I am grateful his pain is no more. Everyone who knew my dad knows he was a good man, a joker and a social man. To this man who raised me as a single parent for many years, I looked up to you as my hero. I am utterly heartbroken you were taken the way you were I was lucky enough to have you living here with us. Life is so precious. I will miss you forever.
