Hi, I'm Jefe, founder of Jefes Ramen CIC in Stockport.
I played professional basketball in London, Leicester and Manchester. Then I lost my barbershop and ended up sleeping on floors and friends' sofas. I can't ignore what I saw and experienced.
Around 382,000 people in England are experiencing homelessness. That's 382k reasons to do something.
So here's the idea. We take over a pub's kitchen on a quiet night. You buy a bowl of proper ramen. Every bowl funds a matching meal, handed out through local charities. The pub keeps 100% of the bar.
Most people do want to help, but life is heavy and money is tight. Buy 1 Give 1 means you don't have to choose.

Partnering with pubs across the UK
Every pub has a quiet night and a kitchen that could be doing more. We take over that kitchen for an evening, and every bowl sold funds a matching meal for someone experiencing homelessness, handed out through local charities. It started at the Swan With Two Necks in Stockport. Next, it travels:
