Java Whiskers

We are Java Whiskers, a bunch of passionate people with big hearts who have brought a unique concept to London- a cat cafe! yes, thats right, a cat cafe where you can come and hang out with our 9 super cute cats, have a coffee and a cake over a cuddle and if you fell in love with one of our cats then you can even adopt them! and that is our core mission, find forever homes for homeless cats whilst giving the guests a unique experience in our relaxing haven.

Our London Marylebone cafe is actually our second hub after the huge success of our first cat cafe in Stockholm. We wanted to "do good" and we did in Stockholm where we rehomed over 80 cats so far, but we wanted spread on our mission, the more cats we rehome the happier we are, and here we are!  We went live in London on the 31st October with a grand opening, it was so rewarding to see so many smiling faces turning up at our cafe with amazing feedback. BUT, as you can imagine we were  absolutely gutted to hear the news of a second lockdown on our very first day in London! There were a few sad tears amongst our newly recruited staff, dreams shattered...sadness set in!

But, WE ARE NOT giving up on our dream and even more determined to rescue our cats and the cafe! We are confident we will bounce back again once the lockdown is over in December. 

But, we cant do this on our own, we need your help! Let's stick together through the storm, and outlast this lockdown for the benefit of our cats! And, there are so many different ways you can help our cats... such as advance tickets for post-lockdown dates, treating a loved one with a Christmas gift voucher, purchasing merchandise as christmas gifts (we have super soft and cosy paws print socks by the way!) All this online activity during the lockdown will help with our cash flow so that we have enough funds to pay our staff, pay the rent and survive.
