I'm cycling London to Brighton for Andy T

Aim: I'm supporting The Andy Taylor Foundation and their Bursary Scheme with RTS by (e)Cycling from London to Brighton.

Andy was a sensational human and an amazing friend. He was also extremely talented, and built a stratospheric career in the media off the back of his own commitment, charisma and ability without having the leg up that is often provided by a helpful family friend's introduction or 'old school connection'. He was passionate about opening doors to opportunity for others to break into the creative industries. He consistently made a positive impact on many people's professional lives through his commitment to find talented people to work with and help them become better at what they did.

When he tragically died from a brain tumour in December 2020, it seemed only natural that the best way to honour Andy's life and create a lasting tribute to him, would be to start the Andy Taylor Foundation with this focus. This great charity helps young people from underrepresented and less advantaged backgrounds break into media — opening doors and creating opportunities that wouldn't otherwise exist for them.

To raise money to support Andy's foundation, on Saturday June 21st myself and a group of Andy's friends will be cycling from Clapham to Brighton and I would be incredibly grateful if you could support us with a few quid. It's for a great cause and to remember Andy. His memory is cherished.
