Our aim is to bring the vibrant, authentic, and award-winning flavours of Claudia's Kitchen into homes and beyond.

My name is Claudia Yap, and I am a single mature mother, a chef and an entirely self-funded founder of Claudias Kitchen Seriously Nice.

Jamaican Jerk & Sweet Chilli

For years, I have poured my heart and soul into blending a pitch of British and Caribbean fusion with a cup of vibrant Jamaican personality. Driven by the desire to build a legacy for my family and share authentic flavours, I single-handedly took my recipes from my home kitchen into development.

Through determination and sheer grit, I secured innovative funding, working around the clock to create a range of award-winning, retail-ready products.

Everything was set.  The packaging was ready.  The taste tests were flawless.  We were standing right on the finish line, ready to fully launch nationwide.

Then the unthinkable happened,

Two Devastating Blows

1.  The Snack Factory Fire

  Just as our exciting new snack range was preparing for its first major manufacturing run a devastating fire burned down our snack manufacturer's factory.

Overnight, production was forced to come to a complete standstill, putting our snack launch on indefinite hold.

2. The Sauce Manufacturer

It is likely the company is going into liquidation.

I refuse to let a fire and supply chain crisis extinguish the dream of Claudia's Kitchen

The demand for our products is real, the recipes ar award winning and my resolve as a mother and entrepreneur is stronger than ever.  I am ready and actively sourcing resilient, scalable new manufacturing partners who can handle and help us expand into major retail spaces.

But relocating production, recreating manufacturing moulds, and securing new initial production runs requires immediate capital.

Because I am entirely self-funded, I cannot do this alone anymore.
