We are a family-run Jamaican 'culinary happiness’ enterprise. Our mission is to hit the road in our classic Mercedes 508d mobile kitchen.

What Are We?
Pioneers in the UK cold-pressed juice market since 2012 with our proprietary freshly-pressed long life Jamaican sugarcane juice, we have now decided to take our entire concept on the road to sell discerning UK foodies the best all-round Caribbean food concept that we think exists in Great Britain. 

Make no mistake, every dish and bottle of fresh sugarcane juice that we make is made with love, care, affection and attention. We firmly believe that the intention you hold over the food when preparing it holds when the product is consumed.

Our offering is musical in its execution and lyrical in production and it all seeks to transport you back to the Caribbean no matter where you find us trading.

Who Are We?
Our business started in Brixton in the spring of 2012. We initially started trading 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee and raw sugarcane juice on Brixton Station Road from a threadbare aluminium structure.


Where May Have I Seen You Trading?
For the last decade or so, rain or shine we traded daily and quickly gained a quiet and committed following. This type of trading made the way for us to do more salubrious markets and major events such as The Notting Hill Carnival; Lambeth Country Show; Foodies Festivals; London Coffee Festival; Partridges of Duke of York, Square SW3; Aldeburgh Summer Festival, Herne Hill Farmers’ Market SE24; Bestival, Isle of Wight; Maltby St SE1; Shoreditch Boxpark N1; Hammersmith W6; Myddleton Road Farmers Market N22, and a plethora of others up and down the UK.

What Exactly Do You Sell?
Initially we sold 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee and fresh sugarcane juice before graduating to our highly-regarded Jerk wraps, bespoke Jerk fries alongside 60-day aged Jamaica Rum and Fruit cake. Wherever we sold food we sold out. Our products soon became a byword for quality and great-tasting Caribbean street food.




When the pandemic hit in 2020 we were fortunate that we had already moved the major juice production business to Jamaica. By innovating with our bespoke sugarcane juice, turmeric and gingerlime, we sold it explicitly as a traditional health and wellness elixir. We operated the business under tight conditions supplying Jamaican supermarkets and retail venues.



The continued support we received over this time and since we have started from our customers - famous or otherwise! - was astounding and showed that almost a decade in that our proof of concept was assured.

We made countless sacrifices to continue the business, with an on-going demand and operating from two locations in two continents, working from home in the UK became unsustainable due to organic growth.




Having a direct line to the Caribbean’s most loved island, Jamaica, our energy and direction has been to secure a mobile Caribbean food experience. It will be a place where we will travel the UK and set up our rolling mobile Caribbean bar and beach to a location near you.




What’s The Plan? What Do We Need The Money For?

So, with all this demand online and offline, we had been looking to rent a retail unit in London. However, due to the horrendous cost of utilities for commercial premises looking heavy these next few years, we pivoted our desire. So having searched across continental Europe high and low for a mobile food experience, we recently secured one!

About Our Mobile Food Unit

It’s a vintage Mercedes 508d! Anyone who knows anything about these great beasts will know that they were used in World War 2 as troop transportation and ambulances by the army. Come the end of the war, Mercedes began to mass produce them and they were snapped up.

A fully-branded gazebo will accompany our mobile food and drinks bar so while you sip our proprietary cocktails our unbeatable jerk wraps, you can bask in the shadow of our refurbished food truck. Think palm trees, coffee barrels and that unmistakable smell of jerk permeating the air while you sit back and luxuriate in a deck chair sipping a rum jelly coconut or freshly cold-pressed Jamaican sugarcane juice.

Our magnificent four-wheeled beast needs work, serious internal work. For us to get it ready for immediate use we need your help. Working with the local community and groups in Lambeth we want to use our food truck to show those not in education or employment how to navigate the wonderful world of refurbishment and restoration. In any case, we’ve been quoted £43k to get it back into the shape it needs to be but with hard graft, tender loving graft, we know we can do this for around £18k.

There is some internal welding and chassis work alongside some extensive external work required to get the truck roadworthy and looking like the supermodel it is. The MOT-readiness required is significant in order to get the classic truck back on the streets. Added to that we will get the van decal'd and emblazoned with our logos and that of our on-going sponsors, partners and supporters.

To reiterate, the vehicle is already purchased and as you read this, we are working on it. The final push to get the van on the road will not be easy  but we need the funds to ensure that the van is ready to roll as soon as feasibly possible.
