Jaguar e-type restoration after 20y garage

Aim

My late father loved this car and purchased it 25 years ago. I would love to restore it and make my father's dream come true.

The Jaguar did not move form my parent's garage for over 20 years. My late father did not find enough time to restore it (work, family) but this remained a dream, and it became mine. I would like to restore this car and drive my mother who shared my father's dream for so many years.

As I'm not a mechanic, I have asked a professional who restores old cars for years. The minimum budget to start again the car would be approximately £12,000. I will also need to ask for a complete car body painting at a later stage (estimated at £6,000). 

With my savings, I have already spent £2,000 already in car parts. I'm saving as much as I can but I need your support !

If I can achieve this goal, I will not only drive my mother, I would like to make touristic tours in the Loire Valley and drive people around to visit the Chateaux (Chambord, Blois, Amboise, Cheverny).
