Jacqui Ackroyd is fundraising for
FROME'S MISSING LINKS
Charity No. 1166492
£700
I am running the Brighton Marathon. Yes! Me. At 55 years of age, I am 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️ RUNNING A MARATHON! Blimey! I never thought I would say that. It’s 26.2 miles. It’s complete madness🤪.
I’ve decided, at the last minute, that raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to me might just help to get me over that line. The marathon is on Sunday 6th April so you’ve only got a week to donate 🕒🕙🕛.
Please donate and help me reach my target in aid of FROME'S MISSING LINKS. Just two miles outside Frome lies the start of the Colliers Way, a family-friendly, traffic-free path to Radstock with links to Bath and beyond, used by many walkers, runners, riders and cyclists. To reach it requires either a car journey or travelling on busy roads and steep hills. Frome’s Missing Links is a local community group campaigning to get the path completed all the way into Frome. Phase 2 has just been completed, Phase 3 here we go!
Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated. I will have plenty of time to send good thoughts your way as I wend my way through the streets of Brighton!
Thank you.
