At Monty Booch, we’re here to add bold flavour and a touch of refreshment to your everyday. Founded by James and Shauna in Buckingham in 2024, we set out with a simple mission: to create kombucha that doesn’t just tick the “healthy” box, but genuinely excites your taste buds. Every bottle is brewed with care, bursting with adventurous flavours designed to make the everyday a little brighter.
In 2025, that dedication was recognised when Monty Booch was awarded 2 stars at the Great Taste Awards — proof that our kombucha isn’t just good for you, it’s seriously delicious too.
We believe life’s best moments are often the simple ones — sharing laughs with friends, a mindful pause in your day, or unwinding after a busy week. And for those moments, Monty Booch is the perfect non-alcoholic alternative: complex, refreshing, and full of character, without the hangover.
Why We’re Crowdfunding
We’ve been blown away by the support so far and are ready to take Monty Booch to the next level. With your help, we’ll be able to:
- Move into a new residence where we can brew more efficiently and sustainably.
- Invest in larger fermenters so we can keep up with growing demand while maintaining the quality you love.
- Add a small bottling line to speed up production, reduce waste, and get Monty Booch into more hands (and fridges!).
