Aim: We are running a day festival and prize draw to raise money & awareness for mental health and addiction in loving memory of Luce's brother.

Cost
It's £5 for three prize draw tickets, or every ticket to a workshop automatically enters you into the raffle.
One workshop entry ticket = £5
Liv's geranium-making workshop = £10 (due to material costs of being able to walk away with your very own geranium full of plants!)
Rico ceramics pinch-pot class = £10 (due to material costs)
The Cause
Inspired by Lucy’s late brother Chaz’s words, 'It Is What It Is' will be a day to honour his memory and embrace life’s challenges through making, moving and connecting with one another, down at the beautiful setting of Great Western Beach.
This is a chance for our local community to showcase their talents and for us all to learn from one another and strengthen community bonds. Having a strong support network and a joyous creative outlet are both so important for mental health and that's what this day will be all about. A day of games, learning, sharing & making & we would love to see you all there ✨🫶🏻✨

Part of Us, founded in 2016, supports projects at the intersection between arts, physical recreation & community for positive social change & improved mental wellness. Join us for a day of mates, waves & workshops on Great Western Beach, and an evening celebration at The Sink Inn with DJ Easy Jet and Unkle Funk from 8pm..
Man Down Cornwall offer a very informal, safe and relaxed environment for men of all ages 18+ who are struggling with any kind of mental health issues. They organise fortnightly meet ups and host social events and retreats, bringing men together to help each other work through their issues and concerns.
WithYou is a drug, alcohol and mental health charity. They provide free, confidential support to people facing challenges with drugs, alcohol or mental health.
