Aim: To set up a food pantry in Cowes, Isle of Wight
I successfully set up Oakfield Community Pantry in Ryde, Isle of Wight in June 2022 where members pay £5.00 per visit and receive over £15.00 worth of food. I am looking to set up a food pantry in Cowes Medina area where the level of food poverty is similar to Ryde.
I am looking for funding for set up costs aswell as to provide food.
Apart from the food bank to date there has not been any other support of this kind in that area and given my proven track record I feel suitably qualified to take on this project.
