Aim
I would like to open a permanent bakery for the Isle of Tiree which would be open all year, using local produce and local people.
My vision is to create a bakery for our local community on the remote Island of Tiree, the team is made up of three local women, who have a vision to run their own business. The Business would support others businesses on the island, community groups, and community events, it would promote a place for people to gather, and be sociable in the dark winter months. The bakery would bring new skills, training opportunities and employment oppertunities to the island. It would help to grow our frail local economy and promote the importance of supporting local businesses.
