In light of the current health situation we recently took the painful decision to cancel our show Invisibles, which was programmed to run for a total of 7 performances from March 17-22 at Vaults Festival in order to protect ourselves, our community and all our audiences. Moments after we had announced our decision the festival also announced its official shut down. After 6 months of hard work on this piece, we are incredibly disappointed to cancel Invisibles one day before our opening...

As a Mexican independent producer based in London I strive to bring you stories and voices that are vital but normally absent from the main stages. In this case Invisibles written by Argentinian Lola Lagos sought to bring to the London fringe scene a Latin American story of female resilience and promote Latin American representation in the theatre.  As many of you know, in the fringe world we are all already working on very low fees and as emerging independent producer with no external funding I rely heavily on the box office. The current crisis has meant a complete financial loss for the project, putting in jeopardy the possibility to pay full fees to all artists involved after months of hard work as well as the possibility of making future productions. 

I am appealing to all of you theatre lovers out there. Please back me with a donation to help support the artists involved in Invisibles and ensure I can continue telling important stories on stage.

Luckily enough we were able to film what would have been our ‘dress rehearsal’ and have a recording which we will share with those of you who donate 15£ or more (the original cost per ticket). If you are amongst those who had already bought a ticket, you can ask for a refund or if you can, donate it to the Festival. If you bought a ticket and still wish to make an additional donation through this crowdfunding initiative, then you'll go to arts heaven :)
