Aim
Providing individual equipment toolkits to keep our clients and therapists safe during Covid-19
KidsAid is a Northamptonshire based charity that provides therapy support to children suffering from trauma, these traumas can include:
- Abuse
- Neglect
- Anxiety, depression and self-harm
- Family breakdown
- Attachment difficulties
- Illness
- Bullying
KidsAid has significantly changed how we provide our therapy services due to following the current social distancing guidelines.
We want children to continue to access their face-to-face therapy sessions and therefore children now require their own personal toolkit. These toolkits include all equipment required for that particular therapy, be it Art Therapy, Play Therapy, or Drama Therapy.
These kits are invaluable to those who we help, but to continue producing them, we need your help.
If you would like to help and are able to make a donation towards creating our next batch of toolkits, we would be very grateful. We have children waiting for their therapy due to this lack of funding.
