We make honest food with craft methods using premium ingredients. The Incredible Bakery Company has a mission to make delicious products that are gluten free and vegan. Our son Leon was born with food allergies and intolerances to gluten, dairy, eggs, soya and peanuts. Inspired by our own difficulties to find food that was wholesome and safe to eat, we made the decision to never use any of the 14 most common food allergens and only use wholesome ingredients.
