Aim
Emma asked for her memory to be honoured by donating to a collection for the district nurses in Bristol as an alternative to sending flowers
Emma's wanted to show gratitude to the district nurses who brought warmth and compassion while caring for her attentively during her final stage of Cancer.
All donations received will go directly to the staff involved in the palliative care of Emma as a token of appreciation for the difference they made to the final phase of the journey for Emma.
