In memory of beautiful Helen Marsh

Aim

Weʼre raising £1,000 to create a fund for Dave, Cam and Erin to create special memories together following the devastating loss of Helen.

The BMX world and family and friends have been left devastated by the sudden loss of our beautiful Helen Marsh.

Helen battled bravely to the end after a very short illness.

We will all remember her wonderful smile, kindness, generosity and gorgeous laugh.

Helen was a proud Cruiser rider in the Midlands Region and member of Wrekin Riders and was always trackside to cheer on her beloved children Cam and Erin up and down the country and most recently at the World BMX Championships in France where she proudly watched Erin compete.

Helen enjoyed the gazebo fun and was always so supportive to those starting out in BMX and always there to help. If there was a high viz vest to be worn - Helen had it on with raffle tickets in hand! A glass of Prosecco trackside was always enjoyed once she was off the bike too!

Helen was a devoted teacher and the world of education, her colleagues and her pupils will miss her dearly. We are sure her kindness and teaching talent inspired so many over the years. We all know how hard she worked to make a difference to those young lives during those lockdown months.

We will come together to support Dave, Cam and Erin as they navigate the next few months and years ahead.

We all feel so helpless so this is something which people can donate to if they wish but we understand not everyone is in a position too either.

This little fund will be given to Dave, Cam and Erin to do whatever they wish.
