I wasn't expecting that!
A massive thanks to you all so far!
I've past my target already! I'll keep going but wasn't expecting that I'd be training already.
2k on the treadmill and a long spin.
Me+Running5k=PAIN
I'm up for the challenge, but I need your support (cash), so I can support Dorset Mind so they can support those suffering with mental health issues.
