I'm driving to Ukraine with aid

Aim

I've delivered aid to Ukraine and now helping at the border by finding the best way to use the money our Crowdfunder campaign is raising.

I am now at the Poland/Ukraine border. Please see updates above.

We have delivered the aid we took with us and now looking how to effectively spend the money we have raised. Thanks for everyone's continued support.

Where we started

I will be travelling to the Ukraine border with my van full of supplies to give to the many civilians fleeing the war. I have liaised directly with multiple charities to ensure we are sending the products that are in short supply at this time and to ensure they get to the locations that need them most.

We are asking for any donations of mostly consumable items and toiletries: 

Specifically:

• Wet Wipes
• Baby food, including powdered milk. 
• Nappies.
• Baby Shampoo.
• Tooth paste and tooth brushes.
• Sanitary items.
• Batteries 
• Torches

There is also a need for everyday medical supplies such as paracetamol: ie(calpol), antiseptic creams and wipes. Blankets and sleeping bags are also required. 

We ask for any donations to please be dropped off at the Cow & Apple restaurant in Yeovil at any point between now and Saturday at 5pm. We will be leaving early on Sunday morning.
