Aim
Build the world's northernmost cricket ground at Víðistaðatún (the Meadow of the Willow) to be the home of Iceland Cricket.
We're asking you to donate money to Iceland Cricket, during England's ODI and T20I series in the West Indies. We're aiming to raise over £1000 between Wednesday 20 February (1st ODI) and Sunday 10 March (3rd T20I).
Thanks to the wonderful people at the Kia Oval, we have an amazing gift to give away to one of our donors on this page.
One of our donors will receive a free gift worth approx. £800
- 2 x hospitality tickets to the Kia Oval to watch England v Pakistan (1st ODI) on Wednesday 8 May 2019
- 2 x allocated seats in the Corinthian Roof Terrace hospitality area
- Champagne reception
- Three course buffet lunch
- Afternoon tea
- Complimentary bar with beer, wine and soft drinks
- Iceland national cricket shirts
How we will announce the donor who receives the gift:
1. For every donation of £10, you get allocated a unique number.
2. For every additional £10 you donate, you get allocated a further number (e.g. £50 donation = 5 numbers).
3. The winner will be drawn by random number generation, live on Guerilla Cricket at the conclusion of the 3rd T20I in the West Indies on Sunday 10 March (at approximately 2300 GMT).
4. Donors agree to share their name and contact details with Iceland Cricket so that they may be contacted should they be the winner.
5. Donors agree to participate in publicity for Iceland Cricket, relating to this competition.
6. Donors must be over 18.
7. Donors must be in the United Kingdom.
8. Donors must not sell or advertise the gift to another party, including in any competition or lottery.
9. Donors must abide by the code of conduct for international matches at the Kia Oval.
10. Donors must not be members of or affiliated to Iceland Cricket, nor related to any member.
11. Only donors who support our page on Crowdfunder.co.uk may be eligible to receive the gift.
