Ice bath winter challenge

Aim

I am raising money for a community college in rural India. This college offers scholarships to those in poverty to reach higher education.

I am supporting friends of Vellore https://friendsofvellore.org/ who run a comprehensive rural outreach programme in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. Their community college offers scholarships to those who would ordinarily never be able to progress their education. This is a charity I have seen in action and been very impressed with their flexible approach to making ideas about public health translate into low cost, high impact improvements to the lives of the people they serve.  

I have chosen an ice bath challenge in winter which means committing to do this every morning for at least a month because it's something I really want to do and think is brilliant but motivating myself on the cold, dark days will be a challenge but what better way than to be motivated by fundraising for a cause I care about.
