To raise funds for innocent Lebanese and Palestinian refugees and children caught up in the conflict

by Sam Bacha in Leeds, England, United Kingdom

We may not be able to change the world, but we can change the world within our reach. Please watch the video above for the impact we have already had.

A chance here to do your bit for the sake of humanity no matter how small.

Current approximations of people slaughtered in Gaza = 43,712 (16,765 children) & in Lebanon = 3365 (216 children), respectively. Those injured stand at 103,258 and 14,3444 a significant proportion of whom are children. The real numbers are likely to be higher as it is impossible to find people under the rubble. More than 10,000 missing in Gaza alone.

Gaza has run out of coffins. 75% of the buildings have been decimated over the last year at the time of writing. Thousands of innocent civilians are trapped with nowhere left to run. 25% of Southern Lebanon has been decimated in only one month and is already being marketed as luxury homes by Israeli media.

Between Gaza and Lebanon, over 4 MILLION people have left their homes with nothing and most have no home to return to. Millions more likely to be displaced with the relentless pounding of bombs on targeted residential buildings, hospitals and schools with, so far, no evidence of any weaponry. Children, many of whom are now orphaned, are sleeping on desks with no mattresses or blankets or are out on the streets trying to survive living amongst the rubbish. People are starving to death and are in desperate need of medications, warmth and sustenance. ALL OF THESE LIVES MATTER, THEIR HOPES AND DREAMS AND THE LOVE FOR THEIR FAMILIES AND THE FRIENDS THEY ARE LOSING, MATTER.

My cousin Hady and his small team, working tirelessly with a drone flying over their heads, have taken over four abandoned hotels in Beirut to provide a sanctuary (of sorts) for thousands of families. If he dies helping he says “this is a good way to go”.

Click the link on this site to donate. All proceeds will go to Lebanon to help directly and will also be shared with Save the Children in Gaza – a charity that has been observed to be active on the ground.

Please help if you can.
