HUEL Tring Rugby Club - Training Facilities Upgrade
We are growing fast as a community club and attracting more players from the local schools and community. We are proud to state that we are the highest placed amateur club in the country and we have maintained that status for a number of years through our consistent strong values.
We have recently joined forces with a local touch group ECFB who are now firmly part of the club, they attract 100 + male members playing touch rugby on a Thursday evening and Saturday morning. There is also now the ECFB Roses touch rugby group which has a growing number of 60+ female members, training on a Tuesday evening and Saturday morning.
The club attracts over 300 + minis and juniors age range from The Cubs (3 yrs old) up to the Colts (17 - 18 yrs old).
This is all supported by our 4 Senior teams of players and the 1st team who play at Level 5 which we are extremely proud of.
In order to accommodate this vibrant, diverse, growing community and to get more people active, Huel Tring Rugby Club desperately need to upgrade our winter training facilities. We have already had planning granted and now we need to raise the funds.... we have begun this process and have 15k available but we need more. The cost of the project is 70k.
Upgrading our facilities is important for our community and will benefit the current players and the next generations coming through our system. Rugby is widely renowned for instilling strong community values in the people who play or are involved.
