Hudson school of dance

Aim

We are looking to continue using a dance space that has become available on the market as a dance studio for the local community.

We are looking to renovate and continue the space as a dance studio and looking to make a place that all children of all ages and dancing skills can come to and learn all genres of dance in one place without having to move from school to school. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances the current owners are having to retire and have opened the school to the market.

The studio space is first class and as future owners we would want to keep it open as a dance school to build on it's already established success.

Our clients would range in all different ages and skill set and there would be no minimum or maximum age, we would tailor all dance classes to the skill set of the individual and their needs.

We are looking for people who want to help  renovate and better this studio and keep it as a dance studio and dont want to see it go to waste so that the local community can carry on using its facilities and all its students can carry on doing what they love and bettering theirselves in the skills they already have.

The money will be spent towards updating and opening new lessons with more qualified teachers it will also help put a deposit towards a 17 year commercial mortgage that we would love to get to keep and secure the school for many year as to come.

We have a first year goal of achieving a small renovation of the studio which includes

- New waiting room

-New speaker system

- More variety in Dance genres

- New opening times

Theses are just a few things we hope to achieve as the school has a great student base already and the school would profit from these small minor changes.

Our long term goal would be to achieve an extension on the property and open a second studio space allowing for more classes and more students. We would also like to actively get the local community involved in events for shows and Christmas party and similar events.

All of this can be achieved by your donations and this school could continue to thrive and be the best it can be.
