In 2023 you elected 8 hardworking Green Party councillors onto Horsham District Council with 20% of the vote across the whole of Horsham. Then in February 2024, in a by-election the Horsham Green Party won its 9th seat on the council bringing the total to 9 District Councillors.
All of this was due to the hardworking volunteers we had going out and delivering election leaflets and knocking on doors to talk to Horsham Residents about their concerns and needs.
In 2024 we have an excellent candidate in Catherine Ross standing as your Green Party Parliamentary Candidate in Horsham. Giving people the opportunity to Vote Green and to send a clear message that we want change!
Message from Catherine Ross:
“As a lifelong Horsham resident and parent of two children in Horsham schools, I am invested in the future prosperity of the town, the wider constituency and all those who live here.
To me, that means sustainable development and genuinely affordable housing with appropriate infrastructure for people living and working in and around Horsham. It means fair funding for our schools, health care and other public services. It means opposing fracking and oil exploration while investing in renewable energy and it means committing to better, more transparent democracy.
We don't have time to delay any longer on taking serious, decisive climate action. We need our next government to secure our energy, create jobs through green investment and ensure we meet our Net Zero targets. It is only by taking these steps that we can ensure a safe future for our children and generations to come.”

Because we’re a political party we’re required to run electoral register checks for making donations above £500, and if you donate over £1,500 during a year, we are required to let the Electoral Commission know, who will make this available on their website. All donations go to general Green Party funds.
