We're raising funds to set up quality, affordable short term stays accommodation for traveling professionals and trade.
Lyra Property Solutions Ltd was created by business and life team - Kat and Kieran. Working with your other half brings some challenges but we wouldn't have it any other way!
We already own the property but it needs some decoration work doing before it's ready to house our guests. The whole house will also need furnishing to the highest standard.
This is what we're raising funds for decoration work and the furnishings. The house needs decorating throughout and some new carpets but this is only the beginning - once that's done we'll need beds, sofabed, dining table and chairs, armchair, lampshades, coffee table, TV, kitchen appliances, lamps, curtains, blinds, cushions, toaster, kettle, cutlery, wine opener, plates and glasses and more. All to provide our guests with a comfortable, relaxing home for when they're away from theirs.
Bolton is undergoing a large £1 billion regeneration project due to the be completed in 2030 so we expect we'll have a lot of trade and professionals visiting the town and wanting to stay somewhere they can feel at home.
Our guests are not only people traveling around Bolton - we're close enough to serve Manchester too, offering a quiet retreat for busy professionals and trade.
This is where our little house comes in.
But that's not all. Our house is going to give back to the community by using local trade and business. We can't do it all ourselves!
Just to give you an idea of how many different businesses you'll support by supporting us. Our house will require:
EVERY WEEK
- cleaners
- laundry hire and cleaning
- personal assistants to help with checking the guests in
EVERY MONTH
- handymen or handywomen assisting with small repairs and niggles
EVERY YEAR
- plumbers, electricians, decorators, and builders to help us keep the house in showroom condition.
By helping us build our business you're also supporting local trade and giving back to our local community.
