Innovative and bespoke housing support for the most vulnerable in society - help us to expand our charity across Devon and Cornwall.

Hollywell Housing Trust is a charity that promotes empowerment, choice and independence for people with learning disabilites, mental heath issues, autism and other vulnerabilities across Devon and Cornwall.

'Isn't this just another letting agent or housing association?' I hear you ask - NO - Hollywell is not a housing association set up for social housing, we are set up to provide innovative solutions for vulnerable people who would otherwise end up in residential care or homeless on the streets due to their vulnerability and/or disability. We recognised a significant gap in the market for a bespoke, ethical housing support organisation centred around the individual whilst promoting social value within the community. Too many people are stuck in residential care unnecessarily and research has proven that people with a disability can thrive within their community if they have the right housing support We are incredibly passionate about choice and person centred planning and feel that this combined with our dedication, knowledge and experience means we are able to provide and intensive, focussed service to people who would otherwise slip through the net.
