Aim

Aim: I am raising money on behalf of the Hockey Wales U21s squad to attend the Junior World Cup in Santiago, Chile.

I am an 18-year-old student, studying Applied Clinical Psychology at the University of Exeter. I have represented Wales internationally at U16, U18 and U21 level, as well as playing in a number of European Championships. I am proud of my international playing career thus far and feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to play at this level and represent my country for a number of years.

As a junior athlete, the opportunity to play in the Junior World Cup is one I have always dreamt of. The Hockey Wales U21s squad have qualified to attend the JWC this year in Chile. With minimal external funding, the individuals selected have to pay the cost of international travel, accommodation and transport to such an event, which amounts to a considerable total. Whilst this is a large amount for any one player to fund, we are asking if people could help to support the team and donate whatever you can, to help us achieve our goal of competing in Chile. Any amount, no matter how big or small, would be very gratefully received.
