To help people develop great life habits and normalise self-help using the proven learning techniques of laughter and teamwork.


Hi, we are Josy & Ray, friends of 21 years, we are mums on a mission!

Our goal is to create a not for profit movement for positive change

We want to normalise the practice of good life habits in our day-to-day lives, using the proven learning techniques of laughter, friendship and teamwork.

Our programme aims to help us all to breakdown old behavioural habits that no longer serve us and, by following a 21-day system, instil new ones that will allow us to be more efficient, productive, confident and focused. 

We believe that the life that we have all always dreamt of is possible and, most importantly, achievable.

 What we are crowdfunding for

In order to get this project started, over the next 12 months we need to:

  • Research and develop fun, engaging packages, based around a variety of wellness challenges. 
  • Run trials to ensure that the packages are tried and tested. 
  • Engage with experts in the field of running a social enterprise, creating viral campaigns and structuring successful education programmes.
  • Partner with successful influencers in their field to ensure that we are creating the best possible content within our framework. 
  • Pitch our concept to charities and other not for profit organisations that could benefit from following the Hive Minded method.

Did your New Years resolution make it this far?

With all the best intentions, consciously trying to change your behaviour is really hard, it takes willpower.

The good news is that we can retrain our brains.

The thought of change can be scary. Sometimes we worry that we might open a can of worms if we face up to our problems.

We all developed habits as kids and most of us are still doing things, in the same way, today.

Our parents could only teach us what they knew themselves. We have access to so much more knowledge these days and we could all benefit from making use of it.  

BEING HIVE MINDED WILL TEACH US NEW SYSTEMS FOR SUCCESS AND ALLOW US TO INSPIRE THE NEXT GENERATION.

In order to create habits, we need to make the behaviours automatic and subconscious.

The Hive Minded approach uses fun, laughter and teamwork to get results! 

Each package will provide a toolkit jam-packed with useful information for completing a habit challenge. They are designed to take 21 days and to be undertaken with at least 1 other person. 


WE ARE A SOCIAL ENTERPRISE WORKING FOR THE GREATER GOOD

Our intention for this business is to reach a wide range of groups and individuals. Using the funds that are raised we would like to work with social enterprises and charities providing bespoke packages designed to benefit a range of socio-economic groups. 

BRING THE HIVE MINDED EFFECT TO YOUR BUSINESS OR WORKPLACE

By working with SME's on effective habit training for their staff we will be able to combine our passion for providing our programme to all, whatever their financial or personal circumstances. Combining staff training with companies charitable giving program allows for a more meaningful and connected way of giving to charity than a few pounds taken out of everyone's wages each month.

We give you the opportunity to partner with a charity or social enterprise which adds value or meaning to your brand's ethos. 

Our fully managed program focuses on building a strong and cohesive team, with great working habits. 

 A Hive Minded training course is a unique and effective way to spend your companies charitable giving budget as well as to provide your staff with effective skills in creating and maintaining good working habits. By booking one for your own business you will allow us to work with a group of people who wouldn't otherwise have access to corporate-level training due to their financial or personal circumstances.

Determined, passionate and creative souls, we are a fun-loving duo with a keen entrepreneurial spirit. Having both been leaders and team members of a range of successful ventures we are proud to bring our combined skills together for this exciting project. Working together on a business venture after enjoying 21 years of friendship is a hugely exciting prospect. We are confident that, when our powers combine, we will achieve our dreams and change lives in the process.

OUR JOURNEY TO CHANGE OUR LIVES, 1 HABIT AT A TIME

 We have always had a keen interest in complementary therapies and in our 20s completed a range of courses and retreats both together and individually. Since becoming parents, we recognise the importance of teaching our children life skills which are not typically taught in mainstream education or society. In the process of starting to teach resilience, self-esteem, confidence and self-belief we realised that there were some life habits that we ourselves needed to adopt. The process of upgrading our own lives has given us a wealth of knowledge which we are excited to share with the world.

 Following our latest combined learning experience, a 21-day meditation challenge from the Chopra centre, we decided that the time was right to come together and create a movement for positive change. In celebration of our 21 years of friendship, we decided to team up for 21 x 21 day challenges, aiming to trial and incorporate a range of new wellness concepts into our lives.


 We are looking to cover a whole range of skills. Complementary therapies, such as Emotional Freedom Technique and Heliotherapy, as well as body movement, nutrition and time management. Some of them seem simple, such as drinking more water or breathing better, but without the correct system in place, they are often overlooked. There are clever ways to optimise day-to-day skills which can have significant, scientifically proven health benefits.

Just to be clear this campaign is not a request to fund our personal project

Whilst 21daysx21ways is the inspiration for Hive Minded, we are not asking you to fund our personal journey. Your generous donations will go towards bringing the best of our experiences to others as Hive Minded. We know that by completing the challenges first and discovering what works best, we will be able to authentically and effectively help others to reach their own goals.

Social conditioning, media and our upbringing have all had an impact on our life habits.

As well as drawing on our personal experiences working with some of the most successful influencers and brands in the world, we will also tap into techniques and methods championed by inspirational leaders and motivational speakers from the past and current day. We endeavour to share this information with you in a manageable, easy to understand and effective way.

We all have busy lives and, as mums, we know how important it is to make sure that any new things that we do for ourselves, make the best use of our time. That's why it's so brilliant that being Hive Minded actually increases quality time with your loved ones, rather than taking you away from them.
