Securing The High Kirk Dunoon for Our Community

We are seeking to purchase The High Kirk in Dunoon to convert it to a modern community venue in the heart of Dunoon.

• Our journey began in October 2023 when The High Kirk in Dunoon closed its doors for the final time. Since then, a dedicated team of volunteers has been working tirelessly to lay the groundwork for a brighter future. Today, we stand on the brink of a remarkable transformation, ready to turbocharge our efforts and secure this iconic venue for our community.

Our vision is bold and inspiring: we aim to turn The High Kirk into a modern, vibrant hub at the heart of Dunoon. With the funding raised through our campaign, we plan to purchase The High Kirk and embark on a journey of transformation. Imagine a multi-purpose venue bustling with community groups, youth organisations, a cozy community café, state-of-the-art sound studios, innovative technology spaces, and so much more.

The High Kirk is more than just a building; it’s a beacon of hope, a catalyst for change, and a hub of opportunity. We are committed to preserving its rich heritage while infusing it with new life and energy, ensuring it remains a vital asset to Dunoon for generations to come.
