The first week of october 2017 we are going to produce the Highest Piano Concert in the World with Evelina De Lain as concert pianist in partnership with "Camden Piano Rescue" team as project organiser.
This is planned to be a one day event in the Singela Pass at over 5,250 metres (17,250 ft) to set a World record, and highlight environmental concerns and practical solutions to reduce plastic waste in the Himalayas for our environmental cause:

Evelina will perform her original album "Soul Journey" as well as famous classical and contemporary compositions.
For the concert we will be taking a Yamaha grand piano to Leh, India. The piano will then be carried to the highest accessible point in the mountains. After the performance, the instrument will be gifted to the Students Educational and Cultural Movement of Ladakh (SECMOL), a college pioneering environmental sustainability.
The proposed concert hall will be a lightweight but strong construction supported by recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate, the common Pet Bottle.
Purpose:
To prove that discarded plastic is a valuable resource which can be turned into a reliable building material in the UK, in India, and all over the world.
Over 100 billion Pet Bottles and 500 billion plastic bags are made every year. 95% ends up in landfill sites or as particles in the ocean. By using the simple methods of weaving and joining that we have developed, these materials can be turned into vertical gardens, greenhouses, earthquake resistant homes and underground irrigation systems.
"Camden Piano Rescue" is famous for the original world record of sucessfully delivering a piano to an isolated Buddhist school (4,250 metres) in 2014; tuning the last piano in Chernobyl; building the first recycled plastic bottle greenhouse in the Himalayas in 2016; and a number of other charity events such as the Piano to school for street children in Mozambique in 2016.
