We'd like to be able to buy adequate storage facilities for pet food/supplies, & buy, top up & deliver stock to those in need.

All money raised will be used on a storage unit to store supplies and work from and all necessary infrastructure that accompanies this community project, such as signage and advertising. Any money left after will be spent on purchasing stock for the unit, and helping towards delivering to those further away than the Hayle area. Once we have enough we can set our operating hours and begin to support the local community with your wonderful help.

It will take a lot of work but we have a clear vision of what we want to achieve with this. Hopefully we'll be able to work with local businesses and supermarkets, raise/crowdfund enough money for a storage unit, a unit to operate this from, and regular food and supply top ups, do deliveries for those outside of the immediate local area, have cages in local shops for drop off/collection points, and eventually be able to help struggling people out with their vet bills by offering small grants direct to their local veterinary clinic when they need it the most.
It's a small idea but a much bigger dream. There are already pet food banks in Cornwall, but not enough, and certainly not in/around the Hayle area.
Whether you're on low income or no income. We won't be judging anyone. All we'll be doing is helping to provide you with a judgment free collection point, or a delivery of much needed pet food that you're struggling to afford in the current financial climate and beyond. We understand it's hard to choose between heating and eating and your animal family members shouldn't suffer too.
If you can't help with a monetary donation, if you have any spare pet supplies you wish to donate please let us know. Clean pet bedding and clothing is accepted also, along with litter. Raw food not currently accepted until we have the correct storage.
