We want to establish a new and unique live music festival. One that showcases the best in local, established and young performers.
Eel Pie Records started as an ambitious dream that we (Phil and Kevin) had been talking about since the early 2010s. We had been putting on successful live gigs in the area for a while but wanted to do more and bring a permanent, music based hub to our Twickenham neighbourhood.
We quickly got to together with Eel Pie Island Museum to promote each other and to help continue spreading the gospel of great music across Twickenham and south west London.
So....now, the next adventure.....

The music loving folk of Twickenham love a festival and we want to make it happen. We want to bring the finest local, young and established performers together for a day of high class original music.
High Tide Festival will be a brilliant day of top quality musical entertainment spread over four performance areas. It will include nationally known artists like Goat Girl and The Errol Linton Band as well as stage for young acts curated by The Basement Door youth charity.
It will be a free event so to cover our costs of staging the event, we need financial support. We have secured significant commercial sponsorship from local businesses, but we need to double up on this and are calling on lovers of live music in our community and beyond to support us to make this happen.
The money will go to pay for 3 main areas of cost:

It will be a day for the community to come together to smile, dance and enjoy great music.
Local brewers Twickenham Fine Ales will be supplying the ales as well as The Fox and Eel Pie pubs. And there's all the fabulous cafes, restaurants and other businesses of Church Street and the wider Twickenham area to enjoy too. Take advantage of the High Tide Festival Card to entitle you to a range of discounts from local businesses on the day and after.
