New stretch target
If we raise over £10,000 we can accelerate the projects we had down as phase two, including a direct-draw beer cellar, an external bar, safe bike parking for customers and staff. At £30,000 we can start fitting out the beer hall!

After years of searching, Hackney Brewery have found the perfect home. Unfortunately, it’s not perfect timing.
With everything going on the world we couldn’t have picked a worse time to expand and open a taproom, but it’s got to be here and it’s got to be now. So we’ve got a plan.
To help fund High Hill, our exciting new 7,500 sq ft brewery and taproom, we’re offering you the chance to get involved. For every £1 you put towards our build, we’re offering you £2 to spend behind the bar when we open. That means when we open in March 2021 you’ll have a bar tab waiting that’s twice the size of what you put in – as well as some exciting other perks depending on how much you pledge.
Now we’ve sold you on the finances, let’s talk about why this new place is so perfect.
For a start, it’s the neighbours. We’ll be joining an esteemed group of Walthamstow breweries including the incredible Signature Brew, Wild Card Brewery and Exale – with the wonderful people of Pressure Drop and Redemption just a short walk away. The newly christened Blackhorse Beer Mile is going to make for a wonderful community and a great day out for drinkers.
But what really attracted us to our new home is the building itself – it's the definition of a fixer-upper, but there is so much we can do with the space both inside and out to make this a unique place to come and enjoy some of the best beers in London.
Here's how:
It starts with 20 direct-draw taps serving up our freshest hoppy pales, sours and stouts as well as lots of guest beers from our friends around the UK and US. Drinkers will be able to enjoy their beers overlooking the brewery from our inside bar, decked out in murals from our artist Pete Fowler.
Outside we’ll have plenty more seating and heating for those wanting the fresh air, and if we raise enough we'll add a standalone outside bar to make the next round easier to find.
The new production area site will give us more efficiency and the ability to brew up to 1.5 million pints a year, all without the sound of trains rumbling overhead. That means more beer, but also more varieties of beer than ever.
How you can help
We’ve got so many plans for our forever home but we need your help to get #climbthathill. As well as doubling your beer money by paying it forward (granted in the form of an e-gift card) you can help out by telling all your friends – sharing the campaign on social media, and coming down to say hey when we open in March 2021.
NB Make sure you tick the box to give us your email so we can send you your e-card!
