Aim
The goal of this project is simple, “Buy Now, Drink Later” to support Hey Palu until the team is back behind the bar.
The last couple of weeks have definitely been an incredibly tough time to be part of the hospitality industry. Watching so many of our community close their doors not knowing when they can reopen has been very unsettling. As a relative newcomer to the Edinburgh bar scene, we were incredibly sad to close just before our 6 month anniversary.
There is great uncertainty around how long our bar will need to remain closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, but realistically it could easily be three months. Those of you who have become regulars and friends will know we are a very small operation which is why we have decided to set up this Crowdfunder page.
If you’re ever visited Hey Palu and had a great time, we hope our project“Buy Now, Drink Later” will encourage you to support us until Team Palu is back behind the bar.
When we do reopen we’ll have plenty of chilled Fernet ready to welcome you back.
