About Me, My Team, and Our Vision

With years of experience in the estate agency world, I have developed a deep understanding of the property market and a passion for heritage homes. Kent, known as the Garden of England, boasts a rich architectural history, from grand manor houses to charming period cottages. My vision is to create a heritage-focused estate agency that not only connects buyers with historic properties but also brings their past to life through a sustainable and environmentally friendly 3D app.

To achieve this, I am collaborating with local architects, engineers, and designers who will provide expert input in developing the app. Their knowledge of historical restoration and digital modeling will ensure accuracy and authenticity in recreating how properties once looked.

The funds raised will go toward:

• Developing the 3D app, ensuring it is both immersive and sustainable.

• Establishing the agency, including marketing and operational costs.

• Building partnerships with heritage organizations and property owners.
