Who we are
Her Village Project is a brand new community interest company based in Loughborough, Leicestershire. We provide free and low-cost therapy, wellbeing support and community for women and young girls — whoever they are, wherever they have been.
We are also here before the pain takes hold. Our prevention programmes reach women and girls in schools, workplaces and communities — building resilience before crisis develops. Because healing is powerful. And prevention is revolutionary.
What we offer

- Skills, employment and financial literacy support
- Prevention and outreach programmes in schools and workplaces

No referral needed. No diagnosis required. No woman turned away due to finances.
What your donation will fund
Every pound raised goes directly towards our first free counselling sessions, community workshops, outreach programmes and the day-to-day running costs of getting Her Village Project off the ground.
We are volunteer-led and passion-driven. Your support means a woman in Loughborough gets the help she deserves — before she reaches breaking point, or when she already has.
Our vision
In one year we aim to be the first point of call for women in Loughborough seeking early support, guidance or community connection. In five years we aim to expand across the Midlands — becoming a regional centre of excellence for trauma prevention and women's wellbeing.
