HEMLOCK

Aim

To raise sufficient funds to get our next film made which will be distributed across multiple platforms.

A bestselling author is dying, best known for his horror series HEMLOCK he has devoted his life to his career and success, because of this he is distant from his family, his daughter Rowan couldn’t care if he lives or dies.

Travelling to the countryside, to clear his head he stays in an old castle to write his magnum opus. On the road he meets a mysterious stranger, a stranger who is magical, and who allows him to meet the characters from his novels. Each represented by a member of his family. Perhaps this night allows him a second chance to put things right, but perhaps this is his final horror before he dies. 

I have been making films since I was 12 years old. My ambition is for this to become my full time career. I have shot three features and multiple shorts all for under £5000 and I want for this project a fully professional and realised project so we can continue to make more films. We are in active conversations with funders to make up the rest of the budget and will be utilising UK tax credits to earn money back on investment to promote the film.
