Can you help my fiancé and I

Aim

Recently I was diagnosed with cancer and today I found out my landlord wants to sell the house giving me and my fiancé first refusal.

Project aim

Our aim is to raise the final bit of deposit for the house that me and my fiance rent as the landlord has now decided to sell. We have managed to raise part of the deposit but due to a recent diagnosis of cancer for myself I have had to use my savings to pay for living costs. The picture I have used is of my misses not sure she will be happy but I like the picture. I will post some more of us and what's gone on in the about the project section :)

About the project

Our aim is to hopefully generate the remainder of the deposit for my fiancé and I's rented home. We have made this house a home and the landlord has now decided to sell the property and given us first refusal. 

We have been saving to buy the property ourselves and had help from family but they have decided to sell sooner than expected. 

This wouldn't have been an issue if I had not been off work for an extensive period this year due to being diagnosed with cancer. 

I don't want my fiancé to go through the stress of losing her home and moving as well as all the stress of the cancer.

When diagnosed we had no idea it could be cancer. I had gone in to have a routine surgery on my back. At this time the doctors thought I had an infected wound but two months later they confirmed I had a rare type of cancer a sarcomatoid carcinoma. I have always been a fit and healthy individual and this was a major blow to me and my family as I am only 29.

Obviously this stopped us saving as I was off work recovering and my misses was off caring for me for a while. This ate away at our savings and caused us major stress with coping with bills and rent as little support was offered and I only received statutory sick pay as I have not been in my job long enough. 

Due to the diagnosis my life was on hold, we were forced to cancel our wedding in 2017 as we couldn't afford it with everything going on and now we are being asked to purchase the house a year earlier than expected.

We are looking for people to help us generate the final bit of deposit towards the house before we lose the opportunity. 

I will be looking at ways to say thank you to people that help us and will also be setting up a webpage for people to find out more information as I realise these issues don't just involve me and I would like to help others that get stuck in this situation.
