Dear Friends,
I'm going ahead with this to help my good friend of many years Andy Carroll.
The story so far .... Andy has done everything he can to save losing his home but has hit a brick wall . After struggling through the pandemic and getting behind with bills, debts mounted and having previously been made bankrupt in his absence whilst working away in Ibiza things became compounded by his darkening state of mind .
Part of the insolvency process involved appointing a so called 'Trustee' to oversee Andy's main asset which is his home. Having managed to secure funds to pay the trustee he was then hit with a further £21,000 in additional fees which has suddenly pushed him into a nasty corner, the fees are being challenged as I type but there's no knowing the outcome as yet. Andy is now very fortunate to have a good solicitor looking after his affairs, but initially with lack of good professional advice he discovered what a minefield the legal world is and how much everything is stacked against you with hyenas and vultures constantly circling waiting for you to f#ck up or give up! Compound all this with dark depression brought on by the situation he's found himself in and things continued to get worse .
Right now this is his last fighting chance to pull through and save his home and sanity . We somehow need to raise at least £21,000 to save everything he's worked all these years for. Andy has no pension fund, only his house which has only 6 months left to pay the mortgage off!
As the ol advert says ‘every little helps’ and from the bottom of my heart I truly appreciate absolutely every penny anyone can spare especially in these hard times.
Yours Humbly ,
-------- Gill
