On the 13th May 2020 we'd raised £1,865 with 20 supporters in 48 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

We are bespoke tailors in New Bond Street with time on our hands. We are NOT looking to make any money here but instead take away the time consuming paperwork from the emergency services and just provide them with what they need. Through our wonderful clientele we have access to masks, sanitisers and ventilators. We have confirmation they are of the quality the emergency services need and whilst we are donating what we can, we know this doesnt even scratch the surface.
The masks are usd0.32 per piece and after you add air shipping & 6.3% duty they come in at £0.45 per piece + VAT. Our shipping agent is also doing this at cost and we have ordered 10,000 pieces for us to donate as soon as they arrive next week.
Ventilators this morning were USD11,000 per unit. That jumped tp US$18,000 this evening. Yes we cant control the suppliers but we can do what we can to make sure they get to the right place at whatever cost. We have been in touch with the Right Honourable Health Secretary Mr Hancock by email and is aware of what we are trying to do.
So in short, no amount is too big and no amount is too small. A fiver will supply about 11 masks and thats 11 more than they have today. If you need an avenue to help, I hope you will see this is it! Help us help our front line heros.
