help with health care costs

Aim
I am 74 and housebound since covid also have cerebral palsy aim is to settle outstanding bills as savings are now gone
I am currently housebound was receiving private health care but am now accepting local authority health support my wife also has health needs and we have a 31 yr old son with learning support needs.
we would love to be able to help Barnabas our son have the holiday he so needs
