Hi, I’m Karolina, and I work as an advice worker at The Manna Society, a charity supporting homeless and vulnerable individuals near London Bridge.
My colleagues and I have decided to start this fundraiser to help our friend, and long-time volunteer, Z., raise funds for solicitor fees related to his immigration application.
Please note that, for confidentiality reasons, we will refer to him as Z. throughout this message.
For the past 13 years, Z. has dedicated his time and energy as a long-term volunteer with our organization. Whether it was serving the homeless, cleaning the center's facilities, or handling various administrative tasks, Z. has made an incredible impact on our community.
Now, Z. is facing a significant challenge: the high costs of solicitor fees for his immigration application. After years of giving back to the community, Z. now needs our help to cover these legal expenses.
Our target is £10,000, and so far, we’ve raised £6,070 from The Manna Society staff and our friends. This fundraiser aims to help him cover the remaining solicitor fees so he can focus on what he does best—helping others.
Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference in easing the burden of these unexpected costs.
