Help us open Leavened bakery shop in Old Town

Hello! First of all, sorry for this delayed update but I quickly went to Poland and back and now I am here, I can tell you that we did it! Or you did it! With your amazing help we have raised over £7!!! It is over 4 times more than I imagined at the beginning of April :). At the moment we are waiting for Crowdfunder to deduct all fees and charges and the money should be in out account next week.

I have been spending some funds, already as apart from what we need to equip the shop, we also need some more equipment in the bakery. The greatest news of all is that I have managed to buy a retarder prover which will help us increase the quantity of pastries and the speed we can have them ready so we can supply the shop if there is a demand (from all I know the demand is already out there!). I have also ordered a fridge so we can increase production of bread. What is more, I have been busy meeting lovely people so we can have someone supporting our team with production and work behind the counter and I have had some success already:).

When it comes to the shop itself, the works are coming along nicely, the counter is in place and so is the sitting (that needs some finishing touches), there are a dishwasher and ovens in place and we are just waiting for some bits and pieces to arrive. We like to think it will be done in the middle of May but I won't be giving you any date just yet:). As you can see, all the pieces of our puzzle seem to be falling into place. 

I will be sending out emails to everyone who pledged an award with some details on how to collect it so please just wait for those messages in your inboxes.
